From the comfortable home of Soundart Radio on the beautiful Dartington Hall estate, come to Space for studio and site works, participatory workshops and art activity for children.

 

Wake up to Foxhole or Camp Dartington; enjoy a full programme of live performance; take a walk in the gardens, among woodlands or swim in the River Dart; participate in somatic workshops, contact jams and yoga sessions; enjoy home-cooked food by Pacha Mama; dance into the night with DJs including Tony Jones, DJ Pandonium, Hllywd and Frankie Love!

 

Plenty of time to share, but also time to pause and reconnect with your self, each other and surroundings. Leave feeling reconnected, refreshed and inspired.

Stream in detail:

 

Accommodation

 

You will stay on the famed Foxhole building originally built for Dartington Hall School. Later, Foxhole became the home to hundreds of College students. Deep baths, green shared and enclosed courtyard, original features and a light breakfast included. You will wake to the beautiful Dartington Hall estate ready to walk to the studios.

 

Camping is available nearby at Camp Dartington.

09:30-12:30 workshops and performance

12:30-14:00 free time - lunch

14:00-19:00 labs, performances and talks

19:00-20:00 free time - dinner

20:00-21:30 late night performance

21:30-00:00 DJs at the bar

 

*Note: Friday and Sunday have a lighter programme planned. Friday beginning at 2 pm. Sunday ending at 4 pm. Venues have limited capacity and some workshops will require you sign up at Dartington Space reception beforehand to confirm your participation.

The radio offering

 

Soundart Radio will be documenting Stream throughout and providing a continuous stream on 102.5 fm locally and online soundartradio.org.uk featuring live performance, interviews, and roundtable discussions.  We would like to welcome everyone to be a part of this effort to share dialogue, record stories and capture aural history!
